Our Ministries
Music
One of the great things about Calvary Baptist Church is the many gifted musicians and singers. Each Sunday, we are blessed with great special music by our choir, instrumentalists, and vocalists. We are thankful for the many people who serve in this wonderful ministry. Of course, we are always looking for more who would like use their talents for the Lord.
AWANA
Each Wednesday night throughout the academic year, we have AWANA clubs for children of all ages. AWANA is an exciting program that involves games, scripture memorization, as well as Bible study. For more information, please contact the church office or email us.
Missions
We are very passionate about World Evangelism. Consequently, we support more than 50 missionaries in various countries around the world. God has blessed us tremendously in our Faith Promise Giving program. Each year at our church, November is MIssion's Month. Throughout the month, a different missionary and his respective field is featured each Sunday. The church is specially decorated with flags from around the world. On the last Saturday, we have an International Banquet featuring dishes from around the world. Additionally, we close the month by inviting a special guest speaker who challenges us about reaching our world with the Gospel. Our plan in the near future is to extend our Mission Ministry by planning and conducting short term mission trips.
Bible Study
A huge part of what we do here at Calvary is helping people connect and grow with others. Our Bible Study program does just that. At the very core of our church is this small groups ministry that seeks encourage people to GO, GROW, and SERVE while have fun doing it with others. We encourage each person to be actively involved with a Bible Study group that is right for you.
